House Rules
For complete rules see rental agreement:
  • No smoking or vaping in the condo or on the balcony.
  • Please limit noise after 8 pm and before 9 am.
  • Please supervise children and keep them safe.
  • Parties and gatherings not permitted.
  • Unregistered guests not permitted.
  • Pets allowed only with fee and approval.

Check out List
​For checkout we ask that you:​
  1.  Load and run the dishwasher on express.
  2. Carry rubbish that might attract pests to the bear safe dumpster.
  3. Make sure fireplace and lights are off.
  4. Lock doors and windows
  5. Leave garage remote by the door. There is a $75 fee for lost/non-returned remotes.
  6. If you used the grill, please tidy it up.
  7. Text 760-965-4123 as you leave.
COVID 19- ADDITIONS TO CHECK OUT LIST:
During summer 2020 we are asking that you help us protect our staff and community by doing the following additional check out items:
  • Throw away the kitchen sponge, if you used it.
  • Place all kitchen and bath towels in the bathtub.
  • Remove pillow cases from sleeping pillows and place in a separate pile in the tub.​

Kitchen Essentials
  • 2 rolls paper towels, 2 dish towels, dish scrubbing sponge
  • spice cabinet with basic staples
  • dish washer detergent, dish soap
  • If you notice that supplies need replenishing, please let me know with an email.

appliances
  • appliances: four burner gas cooktop, full-sized microwave, oven, dishwasher & side-by-side Jenn Aire refrigerator
  • small electrics: blender, 8 qt slow cooker, toaster, hand mixer, stand mixer

  • full-sized washer & dryer with laundry soap; iron and ironing board

cookware & dishware
  • pots and pans including standard, non stick and cast iron; open roaster that will fit up to a 14 pound bird or a standard ham; some bakeware
  • wineglasses, beer mugs, juice & water glasses
  • cooler, growler (for fills at a local brewery), plastic storage ware, ice bucket
  • plastic dishware & wine glasses
  • cooking and dining utensils -- spoons, knives, forks, corkscrew, measuring cups & spoons, etc. 

bath
  • full-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion in each bathroom
  • hair dryer in each bathroom; first aid kit in hall bath
  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
  • Towels and spa towels for your use. Email to request extra housekeeping if you would like replacement or laundering during your stay. There is a fee for this service.

Living & Sleeping

TECH
  • convenient USB outlets at bedsides and in living area
  • workspace with outlets and USB's in dining room nook
  • dedicated, private wifi --log in info here
  • smart TVs & Xbox

TVS
  • Smart TV in bedroom and living room; cable with Suddenlink
  • Feel free to use our wifi to log in to your SmartTV accounts like Netflix and Hulu, but make sure to log out prior to departure.​

BEDDING
  • we provide a duvet for each bed; 4 pillows on each king and queen bed; 2 pillows per double; 1 pillow per single
  • if you require extra bedding, air up mattresses, or extra sheeting, please let us know at least 3 days prior to check with an email

CLIMATE
  • central heating is operated by the thermostat in the hallway
  • there is no air conditioning
  • two propane fireplaces for ambiance and extra heating
  • humidifiers in every room

SAFETY

  • fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen
  • first aid kit is located in the bathroom
  • combustible gas monitors with audible alarms
  • fire sprinklers and hard-wired fire alarm system

family
  • pack-n-play / travel cot available with 72 hour advance notice
  • high chair available with 72 hour advance notice
  • full-sized crib available for rent
